All the Lies is book four in the Mindf*ck series by S.T. Abby, and I am starting to think Logan is an idiot.
I have spent three books, now four, desperately waiting for Logan to piece together what is going on. Hadley knows. She was able to figure it out. And at this point, another person on Logan’s team was able to figure it out as well. I need him to know what is happening and I am praying he takes her side with what happened to her. Watching her history be pieces together flashback by flashback is such a brilliant use of the authors skills.
The end game for Lana is getting so much closer in this book and I flew through this book. FLEW. (If I’m honest, I finished both this book and the fifth book on the same night.)
Some of the things in this book is so cool with the idea behind it. For instance when Lana goes back to her hometown (with her best friend/ brother Jake) they start to terrorize the town that didn’t protect them. One of the things they use is this time release paint they invented that essentially goes on clear and then in a predetermined amount of time (they made different variations) it shows up. Watching this town be terrorized, watching the cops and the people that covered up what happened to Lana, her brother Marcus, and her father, is amazing.
The cops of Lana’s home town are starting to target Logan and his team to get them to stop investigating and the fact that Lana protects him, almost reveals who she is by accident. She is so desperately in love with him.
Overall – I ended this book so mad at some of the characters. If you want to know why, you need to read all four of these books. I mean, you should read them anyways, but you need to read them to understand why I am so angry.
